Its been verified from different experiments globally that high quality cassava as well as sweet potatoes can serve as a susbstitue for wheat in Bakery products.
With Lango as dominant cassava growing area, Buwami Uganda Ltd seeks to exploit the big production to experiment using cassava as substitute for wheat by 40%. This ia an exciting task that is part of the Nutrious Baking agenda at Buwami Uganda Ltd
