Founder & CEO: Dr. Milton Otema Anyang
Milton Otema Anyanga is the visionary behind BUWAMI Uganda Ltd, dedicated to creating positive change through innovative agribusiness and baking initiatives.
Milton Otema Anyanga holds a PhD in Natural Resource Management, particularly Agriculture from University of Greenwich (UK), Masters of science in Agriculture (Crop science) from Makerere University and Bachelor of Agriculture from Makerere University.
He was born on the 31st of January 1970 in Aliwang village, Omito Parish, Adwari Sub- County, Otuke County, Lira District then but now Otuke District where my father Eresaniah Dau Anyanga was teaching. Our origin was in Ayito Village, Anep-Moroto Parish, Orum Sub- County. But currently because of decentralization and creation of new district, Otuke District, we are in Okole village, Olec Ward, Otuke Town Council, Otuke District.
Maureen Maris Akullu- Projects Coordinator
Maureen Maris Akullu is a social worker with passion for children and women empowerment that is currently coordinating the projects and programs at Buwami Uganda Ltd.
Our staffing Model
As a relatively young organization with resource constraints, we currently employ both lean staffing model and outsourced staffing models. We keep staffing costs low by optimizing workforce efficiency and minimizing capacity excess. We outsource some functions to impact focused consultants who share their expertise while building the capacity of the team on projects.
